Service Description
Tao Yoga Jade Egg is a continuation of the Tao Yoga Program. If you have completed the Tao Yoga Program then you should have a good foundation underneath you in Yoga and Qigong. The daily practice is the key component that needs to be established first so that you can now move into open up your sexual energy. The Jade Egg is the next step. We will continue with some of the practices from the Tao Yoga Program and add the Jade Egg to begin clearing sexual blockages, traumas, past lovers or energetic stagnation. Once removed you will learn how to develop your sexual energy, move it through your body and then store it in your organs for rejuvenation. So many of us are running around with blocked or uncontrollable sexual energy and have zero connection to what is going on inside. This can wreak havoc on your body and personal life. All we are doing in the Jade Egg program is learning how to master this sexual power and use it for creativity in our life!
