Service Description
This is a recurring Tantric Breathwork class. Experience is not needed. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Using the ancient practice of tantra, we will be activating beginner levels of kundalini fire energy through the body. This helps with clearing energy channels and building Chi or Prana in the energy body. Ultimately, the opened channels lead to deeper meditative states and activated intuition. We meet every Friday @ 8 AM and I will guide you through this amazing practice to achieve the maximum results.
