Tantric Breathwork

Service Description

Tantra is a discipline that is very powerful and should be done under the guidance of a teacher. It is best to do a series of yoga or qigong practices alongside the intensity of tantric breathwork in order to create the correct opening of all the channels. You can take daily classes through Embodied by Safyra Classes as a support to the deep opening that will occur in a Tantric Breathwork Private Session.

Cancelation Policy

Please know that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect. If you do not cancel within that window of time, you will still be charged the full rate.
